A Seasonic X-series is as good or better than a large handful of EVGA PSUs.

I also planning to OC the cpu (around 3.8 - 4.0 GHz, Going to use Deepcool Captain EX 240 AIO) So now i wanted to ask something, is 650W Seasonic X Series PSU is enough?? If not, should i buy EVGA G2 750W or Seasonic X-750?
650W is plenty for two 1070s in SLI.
