560 just came out and is better so I'd take a look at that instead.

so im from iceland and i have about 36000kr, i have a amd a8 7600 cpu, gigabyte GA-F2A88X-UP4 and a 55watt psu with 1tb hard drive 8gb of ram and a gtx 750ti gpu so what do you think stick to 750 or get the rx460 because the rx560 is not in stock

Wait for the rx560 to be in stock.  And we need to know how much you are willing to spend, not how much you currently have, by the way.

Well you should wait for the 560 to be on stock as you might potentially see a 35% improve in performance, do have in mind you should get one with no need for external PCI-e power input as your PSU is likely not capable to providing such energy.

 

Also keep in mind that your processor is not anything special nowadays therefore you will remain considerably limited when gets down to gaming.

 

Also, Iceland? Such an odd place, I live in the south of Brazil where's cold and snowy already but I can only imagine how unusual it must be living there, really interesting!
