EVGA superclocked gpus are intaking or exhausting?

i have read some answers that says that superclocked ones intakes (to the heatsink) like the rest of the gpu market, but it looks that its exhausting (from the heatsink) because how fans curves are designed... So to clarify, in which direction does these fans spins?

Exhaust, thats what all GPUs do. 

Please quote our replys so we get a notification and can reply easily. Never cheap out on a PSU, or I will come to watch the fireworks.

The fans pull air from the case through the heatsink and exhaust it out the sides of the card.

not really as the cooler typically faces down away from the CPU. The only problem is that aftermarket cards exhaust air everywhere and the CPU cooler may intake some of that warmer air (Only really and issue for small mini-itx cases though, blower style better for that).

This is a horrible question. They both intake and exhaust. Only way they can work.

Cards with big third-party coolers usually have axial fans that blow hot air away from the card and into the case, where your case fans will hopefully dispose of it. They usually do a better job of keeping the video card cool, but they're very reliant on your case having decent airflow.

 

Reference coolers usually have a small blower style fan that forces air down through the heatsink and out the back of the card. They usually run warmer, but they don't exhaust hot air into your case. They can occasionally (in my opinion, rarely) be better if you have really poor airflow.

I assume this is the card you mean. This cooler exhausts air away from the GPU and into your case, not out the back of your case like a blower style cooler. I don't know whether the fans blow up or down (probably "up"), but since the cooler is open on all four edges I don't think it matters.

Holy jesus.

 

The fans are always intake from how you look at it. As in they are blowing into the heatsink. Open air exhaust into the case. Blower exhaust into and out of the case, almost all of it goes out the back though.

All open air coolers intake. The air moves through the heatsink and out the sides of the gpu. With the reference style it intakes air and blows it through the vapor chamber or what ever style heat sink out the back of the card. This is pretty simple stuff. Having the fans suck air through the heat sink would be crap its not like a radiator for water cooling with nothing on the other side of the heatsink.

Other Stuffs: Red sleeved cables, White LED lighting 2 noctua fans on cpu cooler and Be Quiet PWM fans on case.
