What type of stem is this?

Hey guys so I have had my keyboard for a while and wanted to upgrade the key caps, when I looked I was a bit confused to see cherry mx looking key stems can anyone confirm this or tell me what these are. The keyboard I use is a thermaltake commander RGB.
