upgrading from intel cooling just want someone to double check

hello so this is my ram, case, motherboard, and the cpu cooler i wanna get please someone double check for me if its all gunna fit or not (i think it will but need a second opinion)

RAM will be tight fit. Cooler/fan will cover 3 of the RAM slots. You can move fan to other side pulling air. But you can't move it upwards because tight fit inside the case.
