Gigabyte RX 480 G1 Gaming

I found a really good deal on this GPU, and I am in the middle of getting it. But I stumbled across a video from JayZ saying that the GPU is hot AF. Also everyone in the comments is saying the same thing. That video is like 6 months old, and I've heard there were many updates made. So is the card fine now and is it safe to buy it now, or should I avoid it?

Wait for the 580, it'll launch in like 2 days anyway.

I'm not buying a new one. New ones are away to expensive for me. If I was buying a new one. Best I could get is the cheapest 470. + in my country it will take some time for the  rx 500  series to arrive and for the prices to drop..

Depends on how good deal that is, personally I wouldn't go for that Gigabyte card unless it was priced very close to the RX470.

It is priced a little below a new RX470.

Wait anyway. Prices on the thing should come down with people trying to sell their own RX480s.

Hmm. I would go for it maybe... still RX500 is supposedly to release in 2 days so I would wait and see if the deal will last that long.
