Is it one of the xenon's?

I'm not looking for something that is"gameing" just most powerful overall.

its oarcle's server cpu archeture.

7700K for single probably

phii co-processor for multi or the 24 core intel one for multithreaded

1800X for a mix of the two probably

Technically, it doesn't and won't ever exist, because as soon as something is made, it's outdated by further research.

 

Serious answer though is not easy ... depending on your purpose, running a single 9 core cell processor from an old PS3 might be faster for certain needs, even when compared to a 10 year newer i7-7700K. We need more information on specifically what you want this processor to do before we can give you recommendations.

yep server only, and its very highend.

 

There are many cpu architectures other than arm and x86

depends on use case,

 

multi threaded the 24 core or the phii co proccessors

single 7700K

mix of both, (for most people who need this) 1700(x or non x) or 1800X depending on silicon lottery
