Apparently prisoners were able to scavenge parts for computers from a program that allows prisoners to take computers apart. They then snuck the parts past multiple security measures and built them and hid them in the ceiling. They then connected to the correctional facility's network and used an employees credentials to create security clearance badges to allow them access to restricted areas and stole multiple inmates identities to fill out credit apps.
