Need help configuring a rig for my needs

Hello.

Approximate Purchase Date: Right before summer starts.

Budget Range: 3000 USD or 30 000 NOK

System Usage: Live streaming games, video editing and photo editing.

Are you buying a monitor: No, already own 1x 1920x1080p 144Hz and 1x 1920x1080p 60Hz. Might get an extra one down the line for ease of use.

Do you need to buy OS: Yes

Location: Norway

Brand preference: I have no preference to any brands.

Storage: Don't know how much I need but with my current rig I have 1.1TB and that filled up pretty quickly so maybe 2TB or more.

Overclocking: Yes

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe

Games to be streamed: League of Legends, The Witcher 3, Overwatch and many other.

Would love some fans with rgb like the thermaltake riing plus and a case with tempered glass.

If I missed something feel free to ask and thank you in advance.

Wont a 1700 or 1700x be better for the price? Also since op did mention he'll be overclocking and 4.0Ghz being the average on those chips as of right now

Happy?

You got RGB CPU cooler, Motherboard, RAM, graphics card (NOT ONE BUT TWO, UNLIKE EVERYONE ELSE), case, and fans. What more can you get? I got you the best performance out of everyone else.

The only problem I have with the build is that you went with the Phanteks enthoo evolv. I'm not gonna lie, it's a beautiful case but I have heard it's not that good in the airflow department since the front panel restricts the airflow. Thoughts?

I laughed at the comment you made. I generally have nothing to complain about the build except the case. It's going to be bit of a hassle with all the glass since I will be attending a school with other people and I have to bring the pc so I believe it's gonna be a huge risk for me to have that much glass. The last thing I want to mention is the storage option. Can I bump up the Nvme storage and downgrade the Hdd storage since I want faster storage than a hdd. Sorry if that was unclear.
