Open a list on PcPartpicker, in the top row, there should be an option called "markup". Hit the "T" and copy what it outputs

Use the options for markup to paste the text.

The one all the way at the end just paste text if all else doesn't work.

On your PCPartPicker list on the top you have a list with all kinds of options (like sharing the list to Reddit, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) press the one that says "bb" and copy paste the text it gives you for that list (always paste with Ctrl+Shift+V to avoid having dark text for night theme users)
