There is 1x16 3.0, and 6 lanes from the chipset.

You are incorrect.

As long as you have 2 pcie lanes, you can support any card, be it at a slower speed. The diffrence between 16x and 8x is unoticable, so no problem there.

just dont install something m.2 or Any other pcie devices

sorry mishmashed with the B150, i just saw the block diagram it presented that the x16 slot is handled by the processor and the x8 by the chipset, am i saying it right? http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/chipsets/business-chipsets/b150-chipset-diagram.html

Some games don't see any benefit from 8x to 16x, but others do, up to +20fps difference.

Main:  1650 v2   @ 4,6GHz   -   X79 Deluxe                -   GTX 1080 @ 2000MHz   -   24GB DDR3 @ 2400MHz / CL10

Side:   i7-4790K @ 4,5GHz   -   Maximus 7 Hero        -   GTX 1070 @ 2114MHz    -  16GB DDR3 @ 2666MHz / CL12

Have you  got evidence of the latter claim? ( 20fps boost)

Yes, because I will trust 'Bang4BuckPCGamer' on YouTube over a proper reputable site..

Not that much of a difference, definitely not 20fps. It's not even 10 in some cases..

idk
