Wanting to update my PC Case and Cooling

As you can probably see below my PC is in need of a dire update and some cable management. I brought it originally from Center com in about 2013 as a pre-made computer build intended for gaming. The name of the build is The Budget Streamer Build, since the original build I've added 16GB or DDR3 RAM, A network Card, Updated the graphics card to a Geforce GTX 1060 Windforce 6GB from the Geforce GTX 660 Windforce. Also added 3 SSDs, 500GB, 120GB and 50GB some I had lying around. Since I started watching LinusTechTips I've started to notice things in my PC such as how messy the cables are and the amount of dust build up in my case. I'm looking for some recommendations on what I should be doing with updating my rig. My plan currently is to put the computer on top of my desk instead of under. I realize for my updated build it says the case is not compatible, but it actually is on cooler masters official site. I have a pretty tight budget and am not looking to spend too much but want good air flow and a nice clear case.

I am a fan of the Tempered Glass editions. If that is what you get, you need to upgrade your cooler  no stock cooler should be shown in the glory of Tempered Glass.

Yeah I was planning to upgrade my cooler to a Cooler Master Hyper 212X 82.9 CFM CPU Cooler or something like that. If you have any recommendations for coolers in the same price range that would be great.

Deepcool Gammaxx400 is great and cheaper and has an LED fan to provide some lights.

Since the case already has RGB lighting id rather not have any other colours so they dont conflict with the RGB. I found these fans which are similar to the one you said

I would go with the C7 personally. Be Quiet has some difficult mounting methods on their coolers. Cryorig is much simpler.

Also would you recommend changing my PSU to a cheap ish modular one or would this case have enough size?

Your PSU is just fine. Its a Tier 3. I wouldnt go any lower than that.
