Should i get a Apple Watch 1´st gen 38mm

Frode

Hi, I was checking around a swedish site and found a used Apple watch sport 38mm 1´st gen so no dual core proccessor like the updated series 1 and 2. I have succeded to get the price down to 900 SEK (swedish value) which is something like 100 dollars. Should i make the deal? I plan to use it for sport and use it as a nicer watch. If i dont like it i plan to sell it. What do you guys think? appreciate your opinions.

The dual core makes a difference IMO. I'd wait for a deal on the Series 1.

if you have to insist you think for yourself, i'm not going to believe you.

ive used a series 1 for about a month, and quite honestly, i only found it useful as a nice looking watch and a decent heart rate monitor. everything else it does is just "meh" in my opinion.

Okay then i will just save my money and buy a possible Apple watch 3 (series 3 maybe) or if the price goes down on the series 2. Thanks for the input.

If you're using solely an iPhone, like I am, I would say "yes". The fact that the watch can do many things without having to take the phone out is a good deal to me.

Yeah but functionality missing, like the GPS is somewhat of a blummer, since i dont get the correct readings and water resistans would be pretty neat, aswell as longer battery life, like in an upcoming series 3.

For $100, I would take the risk of lost functionality and wants as a test trial. I wouldn't have bought my Apple Watch if I hadn't tried the less expensive Pebble Original.
