which SSD for me?

I know about the 960 evo and 850 evo, but I want to know of any 250GB+ high-speed ssds that are under $120? (m.2 M is acceptable)

MydigitalSSD BPX. Significantly faster than the 850 Evo, but still slower than the 960 Evo.

If you want new I would get a 250gb 850 evo. It is not high speed but is prob the best thing you can get at that price point.
