Best rgb fan for h20

In your opinion what is the best rgb with high static pressure and air flow for h20 and what one do you think looks the best. It seems that there is lots of new rgb fans flooding the market is there any people know of that are up and coming that might be better then what is currently available? 

I will be redoing my custom loop soon and replacing my current fan setup and just looking for some decent cooling with rgb touch! Don't hate I know there is tons of people they do not like rgb.
