Need Help with a Streaming PC

Hello fellow PC heads, I need help with either Building a new Streaming PC or Adding more to my current PC.

I Customized this PC when i was about 16 and now i'm 20. I play a lot of STEAM games and been wanting to stream.

I set up a Twitch account and started streaming, streaming wasn't hard for games like The Binding of Issac

But games like DOTA2, CSGO, GTA, Darksouls 3, Total War Warhammer, etc. Will be very laggy and Frammy on LIVE STREAM

I'm still very new to making PCs and i'm looking for something that can stream all major current games at 60fps

(Stream on Twitch)

What I'm Working With

-AMD Athlon X4 760K CPU

-MSI A78M-E35 Motherboard

-EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB 128-Bit

-8GB Crucial Ballistix Sport RAM

-1TB Western Digital Caviar Blue HDD

-430W Corsair CX430 PSU

-Rosewill Line-M Case

-Windows 8

Everything was about ($700-$800)

MY BUDGET

My Price range is optional

I want to spend Less as possible so the BEST BUILD FOR THE BEST PRICE

So something very good that isn't so pricey

I'm not trying to spend another $800 on another Computer or Parts

I still don't know if making another streaming computer is the way to go or Adding more to my current build

Please suggest any parts to

"ADD" or "ANOTHER PC BUY" (Please make it known what your suggesting for me to do)

I appreciate anyone's help and taking the time to help me

Thank you :)

Do you want a to replace this with a new computer, or do you want a second computer to stream everything you do on this PC? (If not this PC to stream what you do on a new PC) Or do you want to know how to upgrade?

ryzen is the best for livestreaming

but

the other system may be able to handle the heavy lifting of livestreaming and the main system is just gaming?

Which ever one is easier.

I can play games very good on my pc so i guess i can make my pc the "Gaming PC" and build another PC and just stream off it

(im not sure if thats SPENDING more or LESS

If I Upgrade my parts willl i spend more or less? That's what I'm looking for. Im down to do either but don't know which is the best plan

thanks nerdslayer i will have that in mind,

should i go for a Intel one instead?

like a Intel Core i7‑6700K 4 GHz Quad‑Core Processor ‑ 8 MB

or the Ryzen would do the trick?

6700k wouldn't be good for streaming especially if you want to use OBS.
