Are there better coolers than the NZXT X62 at lower price point? Thinking of be quiet! Silent Loop 280 or Fractal Design Kelvin S36 although they have no lighting (Pure aesthetics)

580 is just a mild overclock, and if you really want to, you can, but it's not really going to make that much of a difference.

Yeah, no.

The 1060 is better in all 2015 and older titles. The 1060 performs identically to the 480 in 2016 games. And the 480 beats the 1060 in most DX12 and Vulkan games. Plus, the OP asked for GTA V. He didn't ask for any other game...

You're spending 25% extra for 10% extra GTA V performance. plus, both cards will run GTA V fine, but the same can't be said for AAA titles in 2 years.

 

they're both good cards. I'd say they're about equal.

however the GTX 1060 is way more expensive.

How much watts does a 7700K overclocked to 5 GHz generate? is a NZXT KRAKEN X62 enough then?

The 7700K is better for gaming.. So if that is a priority, get the 7700K.

It should be enough, if it isn't you can always lower your clocks

I don't know, between the 1060 O6G and the RX480 O8G is a 50 euro price delta.

That could be invested elsewhere.
