Go to solution Solved by shadowbyte,

um

I thought all Ryzen chips came with stock coolers

regardless, take a look at the Noctua NH-D15 or Cryorig R1 Ultimate

I've been looking around and I cant really find any info on what coolers are being used with the new processors as they annoyingly don't come with stock coolers.

I want get the MSI X370 gaming pro carbon, AMD 1700X cpu, and I'm gonna put it in a corsair carbide 270 case.

So any ideas what cooler to get?

Budget is the most important thing we're still looking fore here.

Want to know which mobo to get?

Spoiler

Choose whatever you need. Any more, you're wasting your money. Any less, and you don't get the features you need.

Only you know what you need to do with your computer, so nobody's really qualified to answer this question except for you.

Macho X2 however it's limited and doesn't come with an AM4 mounting kit unless you request one yourself.

Cyrorig r1 ultimate is also very good but very big but will fit in your case.

I'm not really working to a budget but I guess i have room for up to £70-£80 on a cooler as I'm not getting the GPU (GTX 1080) till next month as I can live with the one I've got for the mean time.
