as @PCGuy_5960 mentioned just get the cheaper

Is it any good for a Pentium G4560? I just called a local store and asked what thermal paste brands do they have, they said Delta and Titan, which one's better?

Yes, but I ruined it... I didn't realized it and I put the stock cooler on my leg, FAIL.

I would use the thermal paste of your processor. It isn't exactly a high-end product so it is not worth the slightly lower thermals

My stock cooler doesn't have thermal paste anymore, read my previous comment, :$

can you overclock this chip? My sister has an older one (socket 1150 Pentium Anniversary) and that one is unlocked. 1000 mhz overclock was possible without too much problems and it is fine for her.

I don't think so, it's Kaby Lake and Intel's website doesn't say anything about overclocking the Pentium G4560.

That's a shame.... Anyway, any thermal paste will work, get whichever is cheaper!
