PWm Thermaltake 14 ring rgb

Markthebeginner

so the thermal take ring 14 rbg non premium used pwm 4 pin into a controller, but apparently u cant set it just use pwm from the mobo to adjust speed to thermals? what were they thinking with this having to open ur sidepanel to change the fan speed depending on wether ur gaming or browsing the web? i guess i personally would then set them to 1000rpm hope they are quiet and prob not open the case to change fan speed ever again and only the rgb :D
