I actually found a site long ago, I believe they were in Japan, and they hand built exact replica scale sized tanks made from metal. I just cant find the link.

In my opinion that is not cool nor unique in any way, shape or form. Even if you use copper piping used for dwellings.

 

However a 3D printer or CNC machine would have been an excellent top notch response. Also a planetarium using curved monitors, in your office or room.

Look up a nixie tube clock. They're expensive but very unique looking
