how high can viewsonic vx2457mhd(TN 75hz) be overclocked(can it do 90hz) ?????

viewsonic vx2457mhd is already 75hz can i get 90hz i dont dont want to wasted money on 144hz panel as i dont want to waste my money on it 
i will soon buy rx 480 or upcoming rx 580
i will play at 1080p with maxed settings

monitor is tn so might get ????

Generally monitors don't OC much, my 75Hz monitor doesn't even work at over 75 (has a safety measure of sorts).

 

You could maybe hit 80
