Looking for a Chromebook

So I recently decided that I wanted something I could watch videos on and do light internet browsing on the go. Nearly everywhere I go has wifi access. I started to consider chromebooks. I have looked at a bunch of reviews and was wondering if anyone here could help me out with an opinion on one. Im looking for people who have one and kind of what thier experiences are and if they would recommend the one they bought or not recommend it and why. 

 

My budget is around 300 but Im really considering the Samsung chromebook plus. I love the idea of the s-pen like pen. I miss my note 3
