Do you have the Domain Controller server role installed on the server?

Do an iperf network test between the computers to check actual network speed.

Setup a RAM disk and do a file copy to and from that.

Doing the above will give a little more information on how to track down your issue.

You shouldn't be using SAMBA within windows... should be using the native file sharing / SMB.

Can't hurt to download Crystaldiskmark, and verify the disks are performing well. If you're using used disks, possible one may be struggling. <11mbytes per second and I start beginning to think you have some disk issues.

All setting up properly, using windows with a gigabit Ethernet everything works fine (80-100mps) , my modem router is gigabit capable.

what can I do?

Is that 80-100 Mbps or MB/s, Windows reports file transfers in MB/s so the speeds you would be getting are 1Gbps.
