you really should have gotten a Luom G10, its basically the Combaterwind but it looks better

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

Shame you guys didn't include the Motospeed V30, a really outstanding mouse for the price:

You can see the original price is 18$, but 90% of the time it floats around $15-16~

Combaterwing's stuff sucks. I bought a headset from them before I knew about the good brands and what not, and it was garbage. It was uncomfortable, ugly (IMO), the  included cable SUCKED, and it wasn't built well.

Dunno what the review is going to say, but I've had this and the build quality is terrible, dead after a few months.

I had a very similar one (same design, just different text) and it survived a year of school traveling.

I got another one with another design (but inside probably the same, again) and that one has been working fine since september 2016. I'm wondering if this one will survive longer than the previous one.

If you want my attention, quote meh! D: or just stick an @samcool55 in your post :3

I own a Dragon Thor G9, which the same appearance as the Zelotes tested in the video.
The only difference is that the small button on the left of the left click is actually an autoclicker : pushing that button makes the computer register about a hundred clicks / second until the button is released. So far the mouse works fine (it's been over a year), but the way to hold still feels odd for my large hands.

I wonder what the origin of this design is. It seems to be a very frequently stolen/copied template.

The shells are often designed and manufactured by one outlet, then sold to a number of different brands for resale. Obviously don't see that as much with more "notable" brands since they have their own R&D and manufacturing departments, but for smalltime sellers (or resellers I guess) it's a way to keep costs down.

It is indeed true.

A famous example is the Mionix Naos and the Dazz Smilodon, they use the same shell, but the components inside are very distinct.

On the Amazon product page it only specifically states compatibility with Windows, however is there a reason that I am unaware of that a mice may not work with MacOS anyway?

Actually, I just googled that.  Any USB mouse works with Mac, period.

Perhaps you can do a "Gaming mouse round up of cheap mice self-respecting gamers should consider". All of these seems like really low value for what they are even though they cost so little.

With regards to the Eagletech MG001 Linus mentioned in the video the side-buttons can be rebound using a third-party tool. Where can I find this tool? :D Thanks!

I honestly think they tried to do something like this for it to sell easier LOL.

The name of the company also tries to be DAS from DAS Keyboards.

One word of warning about these cheap gaming mice (because I have one but not one of these mentioned) is that if you are clicking the left and right buttons at the same time (say to run in some games) and then click a side button (to say jump or sprint) you may find that it cannot cope with more than 2 buttons being clicked at the same time so it stops you running and pretends you're not clicking anything anymore.

I can't say any of these in the video do this but some other ones do, I've never had this problem on any other mouse even the cheapest £10 branded Gigabyte mouse, so be warned :)

Do any of you have information on the actual longevity/durability of the Eagletec MG001?  I just want to know if it would die on me in a matter of months, or if it would still be chugging along in 2025.

Also, are there any cheap wireless gaming mice out there that are better?  Anything below $30 or something?
