asus prime b350-plus RGB control

I there, I've been using my ryzen 1700 build for a couple weeks now and am loving it. One thing is though, i cant figure out how to change the stock cooler RGB on the Asus prime b350-plus, I've download AI suite 3, its not in there, I've downloaded Asus Aura and it says my MOBO isn't compatible with the software, I'm on the latest bios as of march 20, 0513. If anyone else has this board and can direct me how to get this changed I would like your opinions.

Thanks

I believe the wraith has an rgb cable that needs to be plugged into your mobo, have you done so yet?

Hmmm Aura should work with it though... Just confirming, but this means you have two cables running from the wraith cooler onto the mobo, right?

They say they'll contact you back within the next 48 business hours if you email them, and since it's a weekend, you probably won't get replied to by email. You might want to try calling, though that might not work either since it's a weekend.

Were you able to solve this? I am planning to use that RGB header with phanteks halo rings and phantek rgb adapter. If ai suite works for RGB control then it wud be awesome , no need to use physical controller .. Let me know..

Thanks

Sorry for bumping an old thread, but I'm in a similar boat and ASUS are not addressing the issue.
My board doesn't support Aura, and AI Suite is lacking RGB control entirely.

sorry for the late reply folks, been really busy. I did get the issue fixed by doing a factory reset which sucked. But no, the RGB header on this MOBO is ONLY for the stock cooler (Spire rgb, and wraith max)

Hello everyone, I also did not know the advice, but I found a way to control the colors.

In the first place, it is necessary to have an RGB cable attached from the right side of the radiator, so that turning on the PC must be red ... green, it means that you connected it wrong ... The second step is to check if it is enabled in BIOS ... By default, this is how it is enabled, but it may be disabled ... The third step is to access the Asus web site of our board and download Ai Suite III + Fan RGB LED Control

http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/Utility/AI_Suite_III_2.00.12_20170728.zip?_ga=2.228134175.386140957.1514545646-1094110177.1514545646

Once you install it, it will ask you to restart your computer ... restart normally! Then just open Suite Ai, which will have the Fan RGB LED Control application in three basic colors - blue, red, green You choose between them as they are Blue + Red Blue + Green Blue + Green + Red..

I already had the AI Suite installed, so I installed only the Fan RGB LED Control.

Just wish it had a way to change effects like breathing or cycling colours.
