Looking for a good monitor

Hello,

I am looking to buy a great monitor to go with my gtx 1070. Currently looking for models with:

1440p

G-Sync

IPS

144hz

I have found this one so far, I think this one seems quite good. https://www.pccasegear.com/products/34212/acer-predator-xb271hu-27in-g-sync-ips-144hz-gaming-monitor

Any recommendations? prefpreferably around the $760usd area.
