csgo 60% loss every 130 seconds

While playing on csgo servers i keep getting 60% Loss every 30 seconds how can i put this back to zero, I have 46mb down and 20mb up, Please help

That's all you're going to give us? We can't help you if that's all we know about your config.

 

Are you on wifi? What type of internet do you have? (Ex: Cable, DSL, Fiber) What background services like dropbox are you running? Are there other people sharing your internet connection?

I didnt know what else to say but, Im using a wireless wifi adpater that has an ethernet port i can use, Its a dsl connection to the modem and the only backgrounds app i use is discord, Only my mam and sister use the wifi

Its called eir fibre but there is a dsl connection ont= the router, it uses the phone line i dont understand what you mean

Can you link me to some free software to see/change the wifi channel of my router, I noticed that since the neighbours got new wifi mine has been bad

Because it's rarely the fault of one neighbours WiFi, 

 

Do the neighbours have small children and could they be using Baby monitors?

 

other type of interference: bluetooth, zigbee, microwave oven, ....
