Netflix VPN/Proxy error

Since yesterday my Netlfix is not working, when I start to stream it says that I have to disable any vpns or proxy servers. But I've never used any vpn at all. This error appears on all devices on the network.

I've tried disconnecting all devices and using my phone only, but I got the same message. 

 

What could the problem be?

You may also have to contact you ISP to figure out why your IP address is associated with a VPN IP.

I'm gonna do this. Its really strange because when I trace my Ip address, I don't get my home location.

Netflix says that the problem is that I'm using a vpn, but I'm not. They're telling me to contact my ISP.
