Yeah, just make sure you don't have high CPU usage when you restart, high CPU usage means it's still doing something in the background.

What would "High CPU usage" be on a i7-6700 though is it just <30% or something? Or is it on of the things like, You'll know when you see it

Higher than you usually see at idle.

Idle should be like <2% usually, so yeah 30% would be high.

You type it into CMD which you run as administrator.

You can check google for more in depth explanation, it's not hard to type two words though.
