How do they work?

How and which website is good to buy them?

how do i select the location of sock5 proxy, eg if i want it in Dallas Us, or can all the proxies be changed to desired location?

If you want to use socks5, you have to use Firefox.

 

I personally use https://premsocks.com/socks-proxy - you can search the country/city you want the socks from.

There are no NM proxies on premsocks right now. I don't use any other sites, so I can't recommend any except that one.
