Idk, 5?  There's no ssd.

 

It's perfectly adequate.  There's nothing bad about it and all the parts are compatible as far as I can tell.

 

It will be an adequate low-mid range gaming build.

Ram - 2x4 8GB Axevir Core ram

PSU - Evga 450B

Case - Tecware F3 - A cheap but good brand in Asia.

Storage - free 200GB HHD

also guys do you think it's more worth it to give up the mobo for a ASRock HDV and get a better case or psu. 

For my HHD i have an old 200Gb lying around

4/10.  RX 480 is a MUCH better buy the 1060 3GB for a slightly lower price.  If you put in an RX 480, I would rate it a 7/10.

well i have a budget of 450 if i go for the cheap build. But for my higher end build. 610.

Ryzen 5 is gonna be pretty good.  The Ryzen 5 1400 for $169 is probably gonna be on par with an i7-3770k.
