Got windows 10, when I play games, youtube, scrolling, browsing, gets my pc laggy

So I recently got windows 10 and I noticed when I play games google, youtube, typing, scrolling, etc, becomes  really laggy.

What are your pc specs? Did you just upgrade? Was it a fresh install? What programs are running in the background? Been watching a lot of porn? there is almost no information in this post. It is not Windows 10 causing this.

i5 7200U @ Stock

Core2Duo T6600 @ Stock

i3 2330M @ Stock
