Not responding after sign-in

When i turn on my pc it gets to the windows 10 sign in screen and after i log in the screen goes black for 10 mins. Then the background appears but when i click on something it takes a minute to open and then goes white saying not responding. I have tried reseting cmos battery and booting with only nessessities but to no avail. Thanks for any help you can give.

PC specs

Fx 6300

Nvidia gtx 750 ti

Msi 970 mobo

Seagate 1tb hard drive

Hyper x 8gb ram

750 watt 80+ bronze power supply

No overclocks

Use crystaldiskmark SMART hard drive test and check the health of your hard drive.

 

You can install it on a flash drive on another computer and then plug it in to your slow one to avoid having to deal with slowness while you try to get it installed.

I'd recommend Falcon four's boot disk
