it looks like it was a bag sent to him by Intel for an extreme Rig Challenge in 2016 iirc. From the design, it looks to possibly be a Bug Out back. Its a common pack used in the Military world, but I could be wrong.

I would be hard pressed to believe that they would pay that much money to design a backpack for that one specific thing, especially the amount of design time that went into that bag, and the intel badge is simply sewed on, its not even an embroidery.

It's all about showing off your brand and stuff. Probably made a bunch for people clearly. Maybe you could ask for the OEM.

That is what the OP is trying to determine, who actually makes the bag, the OEM.
