To OP: they will work in everything even outside gamibg

I want to know that can I use gaming headphones in my desktop for watching YouTube videos, movies, Skype calls, listening musics or creating videos for YouTube(Using mic of headphone)?

Will there be any problem?

They are headphones. Just because there is "GAMING" written on it, it doesn't mean that it will work just in games.

Besides the fact that you can get massively better sounding headphones and microphones for cheaper than "Gaming headsets" yeah it'll work, The whole "Gaming" headphones thing is just a marketing term made up by companies in order to charge consumers more money for a sub par product, If you're dead set on gaming headphones though I've heard the hyperx clouds are the one and only exception to this rule and actually perform quite well objectively for the price.

no you can not!

they only fit on your head when gaming. for other purposes you need to have an other-purpose-headset/-phone. that is also why they write gaming on it so that people have an easier time and don't need to worry.

On average they sound like complete shit and are usually just an afterthought in the manufacturing process only there for the sole purpose of marketing their product as "Gaming headsets"

Check out this Reddit post and give it a read if you really want to get the best bang for your buck headphone/microphone combo:

There should be an edit button (looks like a pencil, mouse over will say "Edit") just below your post. Click it.

Then look for a icon along the top edge of the post edit, there should be an icon that looks like an eye. It is about the tenth icon from the left.

This will create a spoiler box, where you can put the extemely long portion into.

Some headsets require you to drink a Verification™ Can™.
