1080p Monitor Recommendation

I need a budget-friendly recommendation for a 1080p monitor. Since I'm from Argentina, South America, I need you to recommend me something from this website (biggest online store here): http://computacion.mercadolibre.com.ar/monitores/monitor-1080p_OrderId_PRICE
The prices are in ARS and I can't spend more than ARS3.000 (USD190). I'll appreciate every recommendation, :D...

Mostly gaming, maybe writting, but I don't really need Free or GSync, over100Hz, etc. Just 1080p, 60Hz and HDMI or DVI-D.
