Overclocking gtx 550ti help

I have a EVGA GeForce GTX 550ti 1gb graphics card and I want to get the most out of it. I tried overclocking it myself in MSI afterburner but it was unsuccessful. Video was cutting out every 5-10 seconds so it was unstable. Also keep in mind I'm really new to overclocking. So I want to know if anyone here knows of any stable overclocks for this card. I have tried looking online for some but they are from different versions and so on. The GPU that I have is at a stock speed of 951 mhz if that is helpful to anyone. Appreciate the responses ahead of time.Thank you.

All graphics cards are very different so there are not recomended overclocks
