I think considering the price you are going for, it is pretty good, though i would probably go for this cpu: Intel Pentium G4620 3.7GHz Dual-Core Processor  ($92.88 @ OutletPC) since it has 4 threads instead of just two, which should enable you to run most games. GTA and other AAA games need a quadcore, so your dual core will only cut it for those lightweight games like csgo, rocketleague etc., but not for the bigger titles. BTW get a normal HDD instead of a SSD (yours btw is not priced in your list. with it you wouldgo far beyond your current budget..)

Why in the world would you put a windowed case in this?

The SSD is enough for a while, that is almost as expensive as an i3 so why? Always get the SSD before HDD if you can't afford both at the same time.

First you claim the deepcool DQ-ST is crap without any evidence simply because the G2 is better, and now you claim the rx 460 is better than the gtx 1050, again without any evidence while every review shows the gtx 1050 beating the rx 460.

The 1050 constantly outperforms it and even the 4gb variant, get the gtx 1050 unless you're strapped for cash.
