Reviewing friend's build

Hello there! So, my friend if thinking about buying a PC for gaming. This is the PCPartPicket link: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/FjZbxY

Context:

  • Wants to oc(hence the k sku and AIO)
  • Probably changing SSD to 240 GB(on my recommendation)
  • That's all.

Thanks for helping!

Better quality PSU, other than that, fine.

Have a look at the Z270, then look at a M.2 (SSD) drive instead. Same-ish price, slightly newer.

I'd:

  • Look into cheaper coolers
  • Look into cheaper RAM
  • Switch the PSU for Seasonic G 550w
  • Switch the SSD for MX300 275GB m.2
