Hey,

so i'm looking to buy a new phone i wanted to bu the s6 edge plus because it has a bigger screen but it doesnt have expandable storage, i can find a 64GB version but that would take a while, I found a S7 that i like but it's screen is smaller now i dont know which one to chose, because on some articles they say that the performance is very similar if someone could tell me which one is better and why it would really help.

Unless you buy the 64 or 128GB S6 Edge, the S7 edge. Only reasons I can stand using my 32GB S6 as my personal phone are:

A) I use few apps, and the few that I do are mostly stock apps

B) I have 2 different 64GB OTG compatible USB sticks, and a 32GB stick.

C) Only files I keep on there, that aren't App files, are music.

Come Bloody Angel

Break off your chains

And look what I've found in the dirt.

Pale battered body

Seems she was struggling

Something is wrong with this world.

Fierce Bloody Angel

The blood is on your hands

Why did you come to this world?

Everybody turns to dust.

Everybody turns to dust.

The blood is on your hands.

The blood is on your hands!

Pyo.

Its a decent gap especially when you consider in the touchwiz decrease on the s7

wait until the s8 comes out, because when it does the s7 edge will be more inexpensive

Hrm, I'd say it depends on which variant you are getting for the s7 edge

And .3 inches of screen difference isn't that big of a deal..

Are you getting a GSM variant or CDMA Variant of the s7 edge

cause the 7420 in the s6 edge is pretty close to the 820 in the s7

(that is screen size is the most important)

As for the UI, The s7's touchjizz is much more tolerable and polished, as for software support on newest devices is a +.

s7 is also waterproof but I find it as a gimmick if its getting rid of certain features so :/

Doesn't the S6 still use that finger print sensor where you had to swipe your finger across it instead of just push?
That alone would make me go for the S7 Edge.

I highly doubt you'll notice the difference in screen size, and as @Abyss Gaming said its version of TouchWhiz is a lot nicer. You also get Android 7.0 which is a lot more forgiving on the battery, fast charging, a significantly bigger battery, and water resistance.
