Do you not want a glossy surface AND glass window, or do you still want a glass window (for clarification)

Case selection involves a lot more planning than just whiz bang features and looks. To some that is very important, but to the budget conscious those frills are unnecessary.

Some things to consider once you have set a budget (not necessarily in order of importance)

1. Correct size for intended motherboard, graphics card(s), storage drives.

2. Preferred exterior case finish

3. Adequate cooling for anticipated peripherals.

4. Sound dampening interior

5. USB 3.1 front port

The aforementioned may be considered when planning a budget build. #1, #2 #3, items #4 #5 are extras that may be added later or completely ignored.
