You've found different seller I suppose someone made an account to attempt to scam someone or something with 0 feedback.

 

Also my paypal only had 3 dollars in it that they could obtain and no direct links so I think I'm safe there.

happend to me , saw a a10 5700 system w/ 8gb ram and a 1tb hdd in an okay case and all that , 38€

seller didnt accept the paypal money and the thing was taken down asap , got my money back by cancelling the PP transaction

Why would you even do this? It's very obviously a scam/mistake, and you're very obviously not getting a 1700X, but you paid anyway... why?
