BenQ XL2430T (not Zowie)

Hey guys

I've been offered a brand new 2430T for £240 this is £100 cheaper than the zowie version , but because this is the old version I was wondering if it's worth the huge saving , or should I get one of the other models listed at the same price.

The first is an AOC monitor

(These 3 monitors are the 3 I have to choose from although I'm open to suggestions) 

 

P.S. My budget is £250 (or around that point)
