Having power issues with my 1070.

I recently just built my first PC and the graphics card is having issues. I have one HDMI port hooked up to my monitor and all is fine but when I try to hook up my TV to the other HDMI port the PC will not turn off completely. I unplugged the power cord to the PC but the lights are all still on the fans twitch until I unplug the TV's HDMI cord.

Is your hdmi cable inputting power into your gpu???

I would keep that monitor/hdmi cable away from your system

What do you mean, it doesn't turn of completely? The TV or the HDMI could be broken.

The PC is off but the RGB lights are still on and the fans are twitching even with the PSU switched off.
