Motherboard vs Motherboard

Hello,

i wanna know if it worth getting the ASUS H97M-E. I have a Gigabyte GA-H81M-D2V.

I want a new motherboard because of the m.2 slot.

And if the Asus one will fit the bitfinex phenom m microATX case.

it will only fit if the motherboard is mATX

a quick google tells you it its and most manufacturers use a M after the chipset to say it a mATX board

Depend how much that M.2 is worth to you and if you a card all lined up for it

And i think that my other motherboard is not working right any more cuz i get the 

"The instruction at 0x00007FF7D9C18732 referenced memory at 0x000000000000030. the memory could not be written. error.

I check the ram and the ram is ok.
