Yes more than enough, if you want it removable say to revert it back and just have a plate cover the hole you can use some nuts and bolts. 

I'm just wondering if it's possible to have a pcie bracket to show off my gpu, I know if I put a soundcard or sli the gpu or anything I prob won't. Thanks :3

It depends on the case some have it built in like a Genome from Deepcool but if you have the space beside the existing PCI-E backets and want to add one in it can be done with some modifications.
