I need a main or side monitor.

And i want a second but idk if I should make this one my main and buy a side one or get another one and make this one my side monitor for movies videos and such.

Im only willing to spend under 150 bucks on the other one whether it will be my main or side monitor.

If any of you could recommend a 1080p monitor with a normal size for competetive gaming (not 144hz cuz im broke).
