nvidia drivers crashing.

ivo123

My nvidia drivers are crashing everytime when i try to play games. When i start a game ,for example LoL,I play about 20 min ,then a message pops up saying ''Display driver stopped responding and has recoverd'' I have tried DDU ,using other softwares removing all kind of things and nothing have worked .Even without any kind of drivers I still can't play more than 20 min or so.I have even tried contacting nvidia live support but even they couldn't help me find a solution .My GPU is GT520m.If you know atleast a way to help me I will be very thankful.

Well it's most likely you are using such an old GPU, the OS / NVidia are supporting it properly

If it keeps happening.

Try to see via monitoring software if its hot and throttling.

It may need a good clean to get better airflow.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
