Anyone knows a good 1080p display which at least 75Hz refresh rate and it want it to at least 22"

yes budget and i don't really care about freesync or gsync

I'm using a g247hyl, I got it for 115 CAD (80 USD) and it OCs to 75Hz EASY  

Just buy a decent second hand IPS monitor and OC it
